It's November in third grade which brings lots of exciting learning. We have started our unit on animals and habitats. We will be starting our project based learning experience on animal adaptations. We are also going to be studying different Native American Tribes and explore how the biome in which they lived played a role in how they lived. The main focus will be on food, clothing and shelter.
In math we are well on our way to understanding and exploring multiplication. Ready Math is helping us become expert thinkers and talkers of math. Please practice those math facts at home!!!
We are diligently working our way through Journeys. We have read about bridges and baseball. Next we will learn about bats and being an illustrator.
Legoland is on November 7th, we couldn't be more excited.
There is no school on November 11th, 27th, 28th or 29th.
